Why mentor with me?  I have been an Esthetician for over 12 years and lashing for over 10 years. I trained with NOVALASH and continue my education on a day-to-day basis. I’ve worked in various fields within the industry, including lash training, leading me to eventually owning my own business -- Estela’s Lash & Skincare Studio and currently the Lash Educator at Anli Academy in Rhode Island. I strive to provide professional, sanitary, and relaxing services and experience. I take lashing seriously and encourage my mentees to do the same. After 12 years of hands-on experience and knowledge, I have a sincere passion to share it all with you. I will provide you with neutral, empathic feedback, and practical information to strengthen your lash skill and business.
